Our Staff
Tim Regan - Head Professional / Shop Owner
Tim is the Head Professional at Stone Golf Centre. He has over 16 years experience as a Golf Professional, and during that time has dedicated his career to teaching the game he loves. The Academy here at Stone Golf Centre is equipped with the very latest teaching technology available. This includes the TrackMan 4 launch monitor allowing us to capture the golf swing from all different angles so he can provide the best advice for every level of golfer. Tim's aim is to improve your golf, lower your scores and make the game more enjoyable. Tim is a PGA, Golf Psychologist and Hank Haney Certified coach and this shows in the quality of instruction he produces. He has made it his lifetime vocation to learn from the best teachers in the game. This includes Jim Flick, Homer Kelley, David Leadbetter, Butch Harmon, Scott Cranfield, Pete Cowan and Hank Haney. Studying the methods and coaching philosophies of these great teachers has given Tim an amazing knowledge that he will pass on to help make you the best golfer you possible can be.
Angela Regan - Director
Angela is a Director of Tim Regan Golf. Angela was originally from a banking background and has brought over 12 years management experience and high level of customer service to our golf shop and driving range.
David Morgan - PGA Professional & Custom Fit Specialist
Dave has been a fully qualified PGA Professional since 2015, and joined the team here at Stone in April 2021. Dave played his amateur golf at Brocton Hall Golf Club alongside learning his trade in the Professional Shop before moving to The Chase Golf Club where he turned Professional and completed a four-year Foundation degree to become a fully qualified PGA Professional. After a 9-year stint which included running the professional shop, coaching and custom fitting Dave moved to Straubing Golf Club in Bavaria, Germany to coach full time. Since returning from Germany Dave has enjoyed his time here as one of the full time PGA golf coaches also working in the golf store. Dave is available for golf lessons and custom fit sessions 7 days a week with availability at weekends and evenings.
Alfie White - PGA Professional & Custom Fit Specialist
Having played golf since the age of three, Alfie has grown up in and around the game, developing a deep passion not only for playing but for coaching others. A former Staffordshire County captain at U14, U16, and U18 level, with experience competing in overseas tournaments, Alfie brings both competitive insight and lifelong knowledge to his coaching. His style is relaxed yet deliberate, creating a comfortable environment while focusing on purposeful development to help every golfer improve with confidence and clarity.
Ben Beardsley - PGA Professional & Custom Fit Specialist
Ben has been part of Stone Golf Centre since 2021, working in the shop and delivering custom fittings and coaching. After completing a three-year Foundation Degree, he became a fully qualified PGA Professional in November 2025, graduating as the top Midlands trainee.He coaches players of all ages and abilities, from juniors through to single-figure handicappers. Ben aims to create a relaxed, supportive environment where players feel comfortable, confident, and fully engaged in their development. His coaching approach is collaborative, helping golfers understand their game, work toward their individual goals, and maximise their enjoyment on the course.Having grown up playing golf with his dad and brother, Ben values the game’s unique ability to bring people of all ages and levels together — something he strives to share with every golfer he works with.
