"Hi everyone. Some of you will know me from having treatments at the golf club, others I may have played golf with, and some may not know me at all!! My name is Mike (most will know me as Mouse) and I’m a sports therapist working from the golf club. I treat all kinds of injuries and conditions, as well as doing some one to one golf fitness/exercises. I’ll be doing a few videos over the next few weeks/months whilst we are stuck at home, showing some general exercises we can all do to help a) with our general fitness/flexibility and more importantly b) to improve your golf. I will start with what is probably the biggest issue for most, and the most important to correct. Flexibility. Most common tight areas for most if us are the hips or the thoracic spine (mid-upper back). Ive started off with some exercises to loosen up the hips. Watch video clip.
