Aston Woods Hosts Junior School's Tournament

We were very proud and honoured to hold the Annual Junior School's Tournament on Monday. Over 200 school children came to Aston Wood to compete in the event which was a huge success. The children took part in a range of golf activities that were fun and enjoyable and gave them the opportunity to experience the game of golf. 

We had many enquires on the day regarding junior sessions and membership. We are committed to getting as many juniors in to golf as possible and would like to offer a FREE junior session to anyone one with an interest in the game.

Senior Mixed Pairs Open 

We still have spaces for our Senior Mixed Pairs Open on Wednesday 19th July. This is an 18 hole Greensomes Medal competition which is priced at £22 per visitor and £17 per member. The entry fee also includes a bacon bap with tea and coffee on arrival and a one course lunch after your round. We had some fantastic feedback regarding the course and food after our last open. 

We also have had some enquires from Aston Wood members who would like to play in the Mixed Pairs Open but have no-one to partner them. If you are interested in playing and would like us to help find a playing partner for the day please contact the pro shop. 

It would be fantastic if we can fill this competition and make it a successful and enjoyable day for everyone.
