We are delighted to announce the arrival of our brand NEW golf buggies. We now have six new look metallic maroon buggies. They are available to hire out to members, guests and visitors.

   

Buggy Prices

• Members - £20.
• Visitors - £25.

You can also now save money on the hire of your buggy with the NEW Aston Wood buggy Loyalty Card. With this card, for every five buggies you hire, you will get the sixth one FREE of charge. These cards are available from us in the pro shop at no charge.

 

Beads Leads The Way

Congratulations to Malcolm Beades who won the monthly stableford on Saturday. Malcolm decided to have regular lessons during the winter and was also fitted for the NEW Callaway Epic driver. It's clear to see from his results how lessons and an expert fitting has really paid off. Malcolm shot 39 points and his handicap has come down to 13.

A massive shout out to Nicky Whitton who won the Ladies Stableford with a Exceptional score of 40 Points and has seen her handicap drop to 21.

 

Upcoming Opens

We are hosting the men's am-am open this Sunday. We have had great support for the day from many members but also lots of visitors looking forward to playing our course. With over 40 teams it will be a great competitive day with many vouchers and prizes on offer.

Good Luck to anyone with a team entered. I will be posting the results in my newsletter next week.

The Ladies team open which is on Tuesday, 16th May is starting to gain more interest but we really need some more teams to be entered to make the day a success. If any members would like to enter or if you know any ladies from other clubs that fancy the challenge of playing our course please let us know. It's a three ball stableford competition and the entry fee is on £30 per team.

 

Survey Winner
